Yes, i got the email this afternoon. nothing on Ecas yet. I sent in my application October 13, in progress since Feb. 21

I can’t believe you is still waiting did you try the webform inquiry sometimes I think they forget about some applicants.

"Good day,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information on file and are pleased to confirm that your fingerprint results were received by the responsible office.

Furthermore, your application is currently at the IRCC office in Mississauga Ontario. This office is verifying if you meet the eligibility requirements to be granted Canadian citizenship. Rest assured that you will be contacted if additional information is needed.

The next step will be to invite you to attend the citizenship test. The local office will schedule an appointment for you in due course, if necessary.

We recommend that you verify the e-Client Application Status (e-CAS) online tool regularly to see when a new notice is sent to you.

In the meantime, we invite you to visit our website for the estimated processing time and for the steps following the submission of a Citizenship application.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry."

Don’t know why our file it’s bn stagnant from Mississauga office, Scarborough is moving fast, so we should wait for 12 months b4 they can complete our application,very bad.

Today I got my GCMS, requested 30 days ago ( they have been pretty good with this - I always get it almost exactly 30 days after my request, wish the same could happen to citizenship officers, lol)

Anyway, not much has changed since 3 months ago, but two things are different:
1. It's finally done with 'In Transit' and has a location in Mississauga now
2. The primary office changed from Sydney to Mississauga, and secondary office changed from Mississauga to 'IRCC GTA-CEN'

All the due dates of unfinished business in my report is still 10/20/2018, 1 year plus 1 week after my submission, let's see if it can be done before the due date...

Yes.

And same is the case when we apply for PR as well.
