Guys do you know how many people are called for oath at one center in one sitting? Just trying to estimate number of people who would be taking oath in July from Mississauga.

So we have around 11 oath ceremony slots for Mississauga it means just in Mississauga along we will have 1100 people taking oath..wow still the wait time for us is huge lots of backlog.

And they are not all Mississauga applicants I am a Scarborough August applicant whose file been transferred to Mississauga and I am not the only one.

No regular calendar days, are you planning to travel then PR is important - if not then hang tight less touch points with CIC the better. But if you guys have travel plans then I say please apply for PR you are allowed to apply 3 months in advance no harm in that .I know many cases where people have applied but have then received their Canadian citizenship before the new PR card.

Hi, I am in process since Nov 25th. Request your kind clarifications - you mention less touch points with CIC is better, is there a reason you mention this. Because I have been requesting GCMS notes and have following up with CIC recently. Would appreciate hearing from you.

They seem to get irritated with repeat calls.

Problem is that if you follow 2 cases with CIC then you will have to manage multiple projects, they can ask you for more information and it is their right ..it will send you on a chase to your kids school or sending them passport page copies .. or it can be smooth sailing. You don't want too many variables open and like @FloydCan said they get irritated if you keep on calling them as they log each time you reach out to them. But if you have a travel scheduled please apply early so they can atleast send you the PR card by your PR expiration date.

I think tests happen every day. It will be in ircc internal records, but they won't disclose it in their public reports.

Thanks for the advice. That's the route I'll take as we are planning to visit Europe. There is another headache that we have to buy in travel/medical inurance in order to get Schengen countries visa. It is part of requirement for Canadian PR. I wished my spouse got an invitation for a test before the travel date. It costs us more to travel.

Also two weeks ago, I ordered GCMS note. Can anyone suggest what I should look for in GCMS note?
