Jun 7 - Voted for the first time as a Canadian Citizen

Voted also, feels good. I believe we were in the same oath ceremony.
My Ecas changed to complete this morning and I applied for my passport this morning as well.

It was showing ‘Decision made’ a day after writing the test.

TAX assessment?
I dont really understand what you mean or which tax year you're referring to. However my 2017 tax was filled in May and 2018 was on March.

I just finished my Canadian Passport application. I will receive my passport in the mail in 10 business days. I went to an actual passport office and not Service Canada. They scanned the bar code on my citizenship certificate and gave the original back to me.

December applicant here, just spoke to CIC and they said my file just got moved to Mississauga today!!!!!!!

So fingers crossed for a test INVITE soooon!!!!

Congrats! Quick question - did you have a guarantor to sign or did you need the Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor form?

I had a guarantor sign the passport application form, back of 1 photo and the copies of my 2 forms of ID.

As per cic customer service, my file was transferred to Mississauga office on May 28. How long does it take to send test invites after file transfer?

The lady wasn't that helpful arggggggh! They might still need to do background check even if its been moved to local processing office. But yes it's almost finalized, just waiting on test invite now.
