I sent an email to test email, no response, and then I called IRCC at 888-242-2100
Keep calling. They will pickup. I always try 3-4 times continuously. Last week agent messaged officer as well.Amazing! Good for you! Hopefully I will receive it soon as well

I think yes. Because agent already knew my time of ceremony n everything even though it wasn’t showing on tracker. He emailed the officer directly. So i guess that’s the reason i got it in morning . I know other 2 people who also requested agent to email and received invites today
Best way to talk to them is :
After intro - press 1 - enter your UCI - press 1 to confirm- press 3 - press 4 - last press 0
It always works for me. If they don’t pickup the first tym . Keep calling

I just received the notice to appear email for an In-person ceremony. Finally!!
It says 8:15 am
I am not sure if i need to reach there by this tym or ceremony actually starts at this tym
