Finally, after Oath on July 5, 2022, both ECAS and Tracker got updated on July 15, 2022.

Got a scare in the interim when someone at CIC call centre said, Mississauga did not record receipt of oath forms - likely haven't received. Frantic emails/ resending oath forms followed - all from my end. Didn't ever get a response/ automated acknowledgement from the Mississauga office - but evidently, they updated my file within a day after my frantic query requesting confirmation of receipt of oath forms.

Now, waiting for the certificate.

Got both certificates yesterday. Journey marked completed. Now onto the passports.

We did our oath ceremony on June 23, 2022 from Mississauga. Received the certificates less than 2 weeks as promised by the officer. I had started with our passport application and getting organized soon after the oath and when we got the certificates on Tuesday July 5, we only had to take the PP pictures the next day, and have our guarantor sign it as well as the 4 PP applications. Today we braved the 4.5 hour wait time and went in person at the Brampton office. All the other offices showed wait times of 6+ hours. Reached at 12 pm and out by 4:20. We should be getting our new passports in 10 days! Opted for the in person pickup, in hindsight could have saved $80 but will be getting it 5 days sooner. Good luck to everyone else

Oath ceremony was on the 5th of July, and cert received on the 15th. So, it took 10 days after the ceremony. Timeline in signature.

Oath: July 5th, 2022
ECAS Set to Complete: July 7th
Certificate Mailed: July 11th, 2022
Certificate Received: July 15th, 2022
Tracker Status still "In Process"

Overall process took 9 months-ish from Start to finish.

Totally agreed. My case is same as yours . Interestingly our dates are same too. I am waiting for oath date now for the last 6 months

I had mine at 1:15 PM on the 5th of July.

How do I know the initial of my clerk. I had the oath ceremony on 5th July at 7:45am judge was Albert Wong. I email immediately the signed form but mentioned the judge’s name instead of clerk and I don’t even remember who the clerk was. What should I do

Does any of these initials ring a bell (as per on the day of your oath)?

OFFICER SM, OFFICER KO, OFFICER GT, or OFFICER PCM

If any does...just resend your affirmation with an Attn to it. E.g. ATTN: Officer GT (as in my case).
