Final update: my online tracker still shows "Oath Ceremony" in progress but I received my Canadian Citizenship certificate 10 minutes ago.

Oath: July 5, 2022
Certificate received: July 11, 2022.

Any other update on application status completed/ citizenship certificate receipt for anyone from Mississauga office? Still waiting for both...

Called up CIC today morning. They were not able to say anything - just that they can't see anything missing/ pending at their end. So, just waiting...

Interesting - saw your query on that re ECAS update as well. Since your ECAS is completed, you may want to give CIC a call and check if any notes indicate shipping date of certificate. I called up today (for the 1st time!) and was able to connect relatively easily (15 min wait, on 2nd try).

Thank you! I just did after reading your comment. The agent told me that my cert was mailed out on the 11th of July. All I can do is wait now. Thanks for the heads up!

(a) was your clerk SM?
(b) did u request urgent certificate/ mention any travel plans (I forget).

No, my clerk was GT. Yes, I did request UC but the Judge gave me a baseless preamble on both the history and current process of dealing with this awful backlog and cannot guarantee processing my cert urgently but that I should expect it in no later than 4 weeks from oath day.

Oh missed the second part of your message.
Stressful times here - I called up CIC twice. First one - basically said nothing seems pending. Second - said seems they haven't received Oath Form. No record of anything. So, sent them the Oath forms again, with an urgent request to confirm receipt.

Guessing they typically don't send acknowledgement, but maybe now they will. Anyway, personally frustrating, although fortunate to be at this stage today (which somehow makes it more pointless, if it makes sense).

Need to vent today. Will keep you posted.

Just confirming that you did oath on 5th July and your online tracker still says IN PROGRESS ? Correct ?

Has anyone with 'SM' as the responsible clerk/ agent at the online Oath ceremony in July 2022 (1st week, around 4th, 5th or 6th July), received any update - ecas/ tracker/ cic helpline confirming oath received/ citizenship cert received?
Just asking as my oath forms sent on July 5 with Attention SM, appears not to have been received.

Thanks! So, we have KO, GT, PCM - all such candidates, received updates in some shape/ form. The wait continues. Unable to access my file thru CIC today, due to the tech glitch. have sent multiple mails to Mississauga - no response.
Lets see.
