Guys is the MIS office fast or slow? and how long does it usually take for LPP complete after taking the test?

Applications, september and onwards have processed really fast because they changed the way they do their applications these days. Applications before september have been slower. Especially with Mississauga

Anyone receiving anything related to Oath recently from Mississauga office?

Myself, Ravi26, Hansanta, and couple of others from MIS office got our oath invites for Jan20- Feb 2 range. Mine and Ravi26 timelines are in the September tab of the Canadavisa tracker.

I'm a October applicant, got my LPP completed on January 04, been waiting for 3 weeks to see any progress about Oath, but it seems this can take up to even 8-10 weeks

It seems so. There's really no reason to delay this, Mississauga office has both in person and virtual ceremonies. It could be the person responsible for scheduling that batch of ceremonies is on a long vacation or leave or something like that.

IME, Mississauga is reasonably fast between AOR and LPP. I got everything completed within a month and a half.

Oath invites however, are a complete shitshow. You might get the oath invite within a few days after LPP, or be like me and wait +12 weeks (and counting) with no oath invite.

i recommend contacting your local MP to push on your behalf for a oath date but also be prepared to provide valid reason on why you need the oath sooner rather than later.

Crazy (and unfair) how October applications are getting approved faster - of course I’m happy for the applicants, it’s just frustrating for me.

seems like a complete halt of oath scheduling after late November for whatever reason.
