I recently landed (Spouse sponsorship - Inland. ) and just checked my COPR today and realized there is no boarding agent stamp on my Confirmation of Permanent Residence sheet. I talked to a friend and found out both of his and his wives' COPR has that stamp. On the stamp there should be something like "Canada Border Services Agency" with an entry date in the middle. My friends got there COPR years ago so I wondering if that stamp is necessary on COPR or it's just changed these years and they don't do that anymore?

Very worried here. Please help me!

The officer should have stamped your passport and then wrote the information (Document# and officer's initials) below the stamp. I don't recall there being a stamp on the COPR document itself.

This. I landed years back, but just looked at the COPR and old passport, and this is what happened - other than officer not initialing by document number under stamp in passport. No stamp on COPR, just pen answers, and officer's signature.

I landed a month and a half ago, and both COPRs are stamped. The stamp is next to where the officer signed and dated the COPR.

Our passports are also stamped.

Edit: Keep in mind that I applied outland, not inland. I don't know if there are any differences in that regard since landing for inland is done differently.

Just called cic call centre, they said as long as the document has a date and signature, it should be fine. Maybe for inland they just don't do stamp on the document.

Ya, I guess that's their procedure. Stamp on passport but not on copr.
