Missing MR for spouse

I got medical request email for myself and my kid, but did not get for my wife. She did her medicals in Feb 2014 for work permit extension, may be that could be the reason.. still that is more than the validity period of 12 months. Or may be it was a miss from CIC to send her MR email, not sure what is the reason. Did anyone face such situation?

When I see the IME series generated for myself and my son, I feel that the one number immediate to mine and one before my kid's number could be my wifes.
my IME number - XXXX44
my kid's number - XXXX46
I am hoping the IME number for my wife was generated in the same sequence above..XXXX45

When I book apt with doctor, can I ask the doctor to find my wife's IME number.. sometime they have all the information.

Yes, I was in similar situation. I did my medical in Dec 2013 for wp, then applied for PR in march 2014. On Jan 2015 ecas changed to "in process" with the line "medical has been received" while they didn't ask me to redo medical. I ordered gcms notes and realized that they extended it for an additional year. I guess they used the following guide:

I would suggest you to order gcms notes to see what's happening in your case.

I had same issue, my wife had medicals in feb 2014 for WP and i got medical request on 5 march 2015 , but before my medical i was asked to submit spouse residential history.....but no medical for wife
then once i was done with my medicals , i got email after a week from Delhi medical to send new x ray and doctor report from any panel physician for medical validity done in feb 2014....asked to send in 7 days or medical file will be closed in dehli....

i got appointment after atleast 10 days in calgary, emonton area.....Doc told me to do upfront medical for wife and send to cic instead of him sending to India on papers as he said they don't use paper in Canada any more and that old system

i had upfront medical and now will update cic tomorrow and see what happens..
