Missing letter in name in medical form

Hi All/seniours,

Was there be any issue if in medical form received from cic is wrong, Instead of Philip it was spell Phlip...They missed the letter (i).
Can I still proceed to my medical? Thanks.

In my opinion go for medical and at the same time fill the case-specific enquiry to your CIC to inform them that the medical papers involved wrong name but you have to say that you did the medical tests, otherwise you will wait for additional three to four weeks to receive new forms. Another point when you go to the medical tell the doctor that your name is wrong and definitely he can check your passport and he could correct your name and stamp it.

Don't worry, notify it to the DMP, he'll correct it by 'pen' under his signature.

Besides, as Zaid said, write to CHC as well, for their info.

The DMP may NOT necessarily amend the missing letter.You will go through the medicals alright then, have your passport copies especially the picture/name page taken, to be attached alongside your medical report.As long as it's your photo appearing in the medical form, have no fear!! ;D
