Missing copy of PR card

Hi , can anyone please suggest me what to do if i say i forgot to attach copy of my PR card in the application of my husbands spousal sponsorship application? Please help me out.

Did you provide any additional evidence that you are a permanent resident?

I would say it's likely that your application will be returned with a note to provide the copy of the card as requested on the document checklist. You have to show IRCC that you are able to sponsor someone, this is a crucial piece of information.

Unfortunately you can't really do anything until the application is returned to you because no file number will have been made on your application. So even if you send them the copy as a follow-up, IRCC won't know which application to attach it to.
