Dear all;
My wife had sent the following message via IRCC Webform:

In fact, I missed the appointment to pick up my renewed PR card which was scheduled on August 30, 2019 because of the short notice. I had sent several emails to CIC-Halifax@cic.gc.ca to reschedule another appointment but I did not receive any response. I will be very grateful if you schedule a new appointment to pick-up my renewed PR card. I hope from my deep heart that you help me to reschedule my appointment on Friday February 7, 2020.

Then, we received the following message:
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We have verified the information you provided. For further information regarding your enquiry, please refer to the email that was sent to you on August 26, 2019, to the following address: XXX@gmail.com.
We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.


What is the meaning of this message ? Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi;
It said that she has to pick up her renewed PR in person on August 30, 2020 from the immigration office in St. John's. Also, she should bring some supporting documents for her case.

Did it have information for rescheduling.

The part about rescheduling the appointment is:
Pursuant to Regulation 58(3), should the card not be issued within 180 days of this notice, it shall be destroyed and a new application must be made in order for a new card to be issued.
If you are unable to attend this appointment, please email CIC-Halifax@cic.gc.ca to reschedule your appointment. Please note that cards will not be issued without an appointment.

We already sent several emails to CIC-Halifax@cic.gc.ca but no response at all.

Try calling the Call Centre and sending an urgent Webform.
