I only listed my work permits in Canada and my Citizenships from other countries and I forgot to list that I am permanent resident in another country (I was just lucky they did not realize). They care about the last 4 years from the date you apply. If you were not present there for more than 183 days you do not have to worry about it. Just make sure you list all your trips as a PR and temporary resident.
