Misrepresented to question b on form IMM 5257

HELLO everyone i received letter from CIC ,which indicates that ,i would like to give you an opportunity to respond this information,about misrepresented on question 2b IMM5257 , i wrote only REFUSED IN 2016,Not any country name on that IMM 5257,so please help me ,to sort out this issue... Please its a Humble Request ,experts opinion must needed

Had you selected "Yes" for question b and then just said visa refused and did not mention the country? Could you provide more details?

i wrote only REFUSED IN 2016,Not any country name on that IMM 5257

What did you apply for, to which country and why were you refused?

You must reply to the Procedural Fairness letter with the complete facts and evidence. The visa office will not accept that VFS staff made a mistake while filing the form. You should have checked the form before submitting it.

If you're lucky, the visa office will simply refuse your TRV without giving you a 5-years ban
