Becoming a Canadian citizen doesn't override anything. Your spouse is still excluded. You were an adult, so you cannot blame it on your father.

I'm not blaming my father, i'm just giving facts of the case so you can understand the context.

By misrepresentation do you mean that you didn’t declare your spouse or children in 2001?

yes, I applied twice and my sponsorship was refused both times due to 117 (9)d clause.
