this is minor study permit application buddyPls what are the document needed to apply for study visa and what is the process of the application pls.
I was just given an admission into Red river college
- If the child is not accompanied by both parents, we recommend carrying a consent letter signed by the non-accompanying parent, regardless of the parents’ marital status (single, married, common-law, separated, divorced or never married).
can anyone explain me what this above line is means? the parents who are divorced do they both need to sign on consent letter?
In many countries a minor is not allowed to travel domestically or Intn'l with 1 parent or anybody else unless the unaccompanying parent or parents writes a letter of consent to prevent kidnappings. Some countries require authorization from their countries child welfare departments before they are allowed to leave the country without a parent. I don't know how it works if 1 parent has full LEGAL custody of a minor.hi guys,

Okay we sent passport already after that we received the email that it was by mistake and application still analyzing . What about my passport. Is it happened with someone already.

No first I received the minor’s PP request email and minor’s PP sent it but after a week I received email again that before minor’s pp request email that was sent by mistake.
