Minor Citizenship application resubmitted in Sept, yet No AOR till date

Can anyone help or know someone who hasn't received AOR since Sept 27th?

Anyone? Should I call IRCC?

I called IRCC and they told me there's not way to ascertain if an application has been received until it is uploaded into their system and an AOR has been sent out. Basically I'm back at square one. Does anyone have any advice please or experienced this?

I experienced the same issue and had to reapply. AOR was received a few weeks later. I used the same payment receipt as well.

Thank you, yes that's what I ended up doing after I called them and they couldn't find the previously submitted application. So I resubmitted using the same receipt. Thanks.

No I used another email address and I have finally received AOR after 3 weeks of creating a new application.
