Minor children accompany with parents

Dears,

My case:
Husband (got the study permit)/ outside Canada
Wife (got the open work permit)/ outside Canada
2 minor childrens ( 3 years old and 4 years old)
1) I would like to ask do I have to apply study permit for my children before going to Canada? If yes, I have to apply the study permit for them in the same CIC GC KEY ACCOUNT ? Or
2) my childrens goto Canada by visitor? If yes, they only have to apply ETA?

If you did not apply with them as dependents, they need to get Visitor-Other TRV

I applied them accompany with me in 5707 form. Thus, they don’t need to apply study permit before going to Canada ?

Hi, my husband is in canada and his PR application is in progress and he has applied as spouse non accompanying. We recently had our baby outside canada . Even though we mentioned spouse is non accompanying , now can we add our child as accompanying in application? If so, will this impact in any scenario for getting his pr?

Hi, no they won't need any. If you applied for them they will get a permit once you re there and you could enroll them at school with that paper. Be aware that school fees apply if your stay is less than one year. My experience.
