minimum required income for sponsoring partner in quebec

My partner want's to sponsor me but has a very low income as she just finished school. I've heard that there is no required minimum income to sponsor a spouse/common-law partner in quebec, but I also saw this:

Can someone give me a good reference? Does sponsoring a common-law partner in quebec require a minimum income from the sponsor?

No, there is no minimum, but the sponsor cannot be on welfare.

You need to prove financial capacity when you sponsor a parent, grand-parent, child,... but there is no minimum for a spouse or common-law partner.
