Any body please tell me minimum ielts requirement for Visa. Also which university is best for international students ?

IELTS requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's - Overall 6 with no less than 5.5
PG Diploma/Certificate and Master's - Overall 6.5 with no less than 7, also 7 with no less than 6.5 in some universities.

IELTS score for a bachelors degree is way higher than a masters degree. This makes it harder getting into a bachelors than a masters program.

is IELTS required for study permit application ?

I gave TOEFL in 2015. For my university applications, they do not require language test if the medium of instruction at my Bachelor's degree college was english.
