Just wondering, how can we find out what are the fields with workforce shortage.
I'm particularly interested in NOC 2171 (IT business analyst) in Ontario because my employer wants to apply for LMIA to help me out with the EE application.

Alot of the in-demand jobs are skilled trades such as electricians, crane operators , painters , pipe fitters , plumbers etc.
