Ya they do sent back the passports to VFS if you opt for, while submitting your application @ VFS.

I also submitted my PP & docs @ VFS.

Hello Friends
Its again bad thing that Fall session is going in October now according to the statement of Canada`s Prime Minister Harper.
So we have to wait one month more for the BACK TO WORK LEGISLATION because the strike issue cant be resolved without it as we seen from last months Govt of Canada if not in the mood to fulfill the demands of PAFSO.
This is that worst dream for us that is going long and long
But i know morning will comes soon

Encash of DD has no affect on file progress - Funds drawn by Accounts dept.

as an Ex: mine was on Feb 2013

RPRF just completes cost recovery

have wrote it prior too:

Sec./Crim are influenced by :

Foss checks
Travel history
As per batch assignment to CSIS
GCMS / CAIPS B'F date entry and review
Average Processing time posted on CIC date
How vital is NOC for Canadian job market -

etc etc..

Hello Friends

This is question to all who have recently submitted their rprf/pp/med to NDVO. CIC had asked to submit new forms where Credential Evaluation Column is there and a foot-note clearly says that application will be rejected if Credential Evaluation Report for qualifications is not enclosed. Now my question is that when we applied in 2010 this was not a compulsory condition, so is it now compulsory for all applicants or we the 2010 applicants are exempted from this. Reply solicited from all forum members please.

Are you sure?

In my Letter which I received from NDVO in FEB 2013, the following Line appears.

Submit Educational documents and Educational History form for dependants (if over the age of 22 at time of application)

There is no Line in respect of Credential Evaluation Report.

Please clarify.

The line in respect of Credential Evaluation Report is there in Form Schedule 3 IMM 0008 Section 6.
