guys this is wt I learnt from my lawyer :

temp staff has been placed capable of takig Decision
Student visa are issued by Indian staff too who are capable of asessing the genuinity of file
student visa is a priority
Post 22nd July we should see some movement

I only hope all goes for good

I dont think strike affect on visa issuance that much.
My friend was with me in medical went to delhi embassy yesterday And got visa. He applied in 2010

Does this mean that if a visit is paid to the NDVO, then the chances of getting the Passport (WITH MAPLE LEAF VISA) are high? If this is true, then there would be a long queue outside the CHC in ND....!!!!!!

(I don't mind visiting ND tomorrow morning - first flight!)

harry I only stated wt's been heard from lawyers here in Canada .

Temp staff - refers to ex-diplomats who have been in the ranking of 1/2 and have dealt immigration files before.

Unfortunately I do not have any more concrete info - for sure if I get to know something will post it

I did not say to go to embassy , but if timeline is high then embassy call that person and issue visa.

Its too bad that pafso taking up the strike to parliament session.
But few days back some one on this forum quote that on 22nd of July there will be some talk between pafso and Govt.
Is that true or it just rumor.
That means on 22nd July there will be nothing for us. If anyone have anything regarding this then plz share.

lines meet ..

I have a great offer on hand - unforutantely I cant take it due to Closed Work Permit -

am also trying to find out if anything is set on discussion front for 22 july between PAFSO- GOVT
