Hi, I had submitted my MR n waitin for PP back, almost 2 months. well how long NDVO can hold any PP if applicant is in Canada??
Any updates regardin PAFSO STRIKE?? when its wil gonna be over???
quite a frustrating situation for all of us coz of ds strike n seems lik it der is no progess towards getting resolved....????

if ppr requested along with Mr - then u got to wait till your file reaches standard processing time as posted on CIC time in conjunction with CSIS checks completion , final review then DM

however in current situation - whereby strike is progressing too strongly - may even go until sept 2013

no one can say much beyond this... u just joined the waiting club my friend

What'll happen if the strikes proceed beyond SEPTEMBER , Is there any chance for Medical extension / Remedicals??????????????

Heard few months back on this forum, that sometimes CIC extends medical validity to 18 months from 12 months.
But not sure whether they are actually going to do it this time.
My medicals too will expire in Nov, 13.
Tough part is that we cannot really do anything at this stage.

My application recd dt. 1.7.12
Applicaton processing dt. 11.9.12. & file tranfered from cic to ndvo
Ndvo mail recd dtm 12.9.12 confirm that your application evaluation in six months
21.9.12 mail recd from. Ndvo regarding medical ,passport, educational cert. , employment detail& rprf fee for submission
All required document & medial is submitted dt 26.9.12
Medical has been received shown on ecas
Rprf fee dd encashed dt 6.10.12
Afterthat no update of my application till march 13
Then enquery mail sent to ndvo
After two months nadvo reply all required document recd no action required from your end your application pending for visa officer review
Now after one months ndvo verify my employment detail through phone call tht day I am on leave& reception guy just join in my company, he confirm to ndvo Idont know myself. & not working in this company that negtive feedback from my company reject my file or given time to justify myself

You think its possible after medical & rprf dd encashed ndvo verify elployment detail

Pls suggest seniors I am worried now

JUST received GCMS today..
Medical : passed
Security : Pending (whats that still dont know)
Criminality : passed.

1 >I have mentioned
exp1 : 2006 from 2009 ( taken by them : 2 years and 3 month)
exp2 : 2009 to continue (JUST TAKE same above 2 year 3 months what a bullshit, not even they count that) (actual >3 years)
becz of this my point fall below 72

2> they lost my medicals in January that creates issue, and requested medical reports again to hospital after 3 months

3> ECU did my experience background check after 6 months. BUT it was good , becz of that i passed , earlier initial review was fail by visa officer,
But ECU again did google search found my identity in employer site , also called my employer asked my every detail and I passed .

Eligibility 3 : -- (Met)

Only thing remains is security.
