Do anyone have idea about from where they are updating ecas from canada or from ndvo for us.

Yesterday got a call from NDVO regarding submitting of fresh PCC for my UK and india stay. Hope to get it early. As I am apply PCC in J & K and Jalandhar, Do anyone have an idea whether Passport in original is must for PCC. In that case I had to request NDVO to return my Passport .

plz share the NDVO number from which you have rec this call Please

many applicants got stamped passports without "DM" and "MEDS RECVD" line. accurate calculation of days at this point is of no use. just pray to god for the postman to knock at your door soon.
all updating of e-cas happens in NDVO

If you want to get PCC from Passport office then original passports are required, alternatively you can get PCC from SSP Office of the districts.
