I was in india when i applied for immigration to canada moved to saudi on work visa in oct 2012
Applied in feb 2010 as Federal Skilled Worker (IT Network Administrator )
Full Documents sent to NDVO in july 2010
14 dec 2012 received email from NDVO to submit Medicals, Passports (for me, my wife and son) and PCC
Medicals done on 1 jan 2013 in saudi arabia as im working here
sent PPs, MR and PCC on 15 jan 2013 received by NDVO 16 Jan 2013

No update till now
E-cas still "in process"
no medical received line in E-cas

pl note due to travel history , same is the case with me.

CSIS takes 90 days max to submit report to CHC , Bring Forward Date will get generated accordingly

No, No docs at all.
actually i sent docs on 6-jan .
After lot of waiting of days,i started sending them mail , that "medical received line" is still not showing.
After 3 months they called me and asked where u did ur medicals ,which date and hosiptal.
I become upset that even after 3 months they dont know which date i done medicals..TOTAL BULLSHIT.

After 4 months in april end i got medical received line.
Now from that onwards i am just waiting and waiting. its been 6 months now.

they sent it by POST and they said it was received by them after 1 week.

I know its problem of embassy as they sent MR to all pending application and workload suddenly goes up .
and not all file for MI1,MI2,and MI3 got mixed up.

One your have MR line - Security/Criminality starts - by CSIS - B- F- Date is 90 days average if clean record with travel history so you and me too are in the same boat - few days my dear - pray God

Trust in the info and things will fall in place,

dont provoke by sending uncessary cse unless its necessary - response time is 30-60 days , instead order GCMS - this is better than having a formatted reply my friend

Count me in - I am also in the similar time line as yours (my Medical Line in ECAS since 23 MAR 2013). Status "In Process" and no further developments till date.

Hi Terki,

Yes. I do have a travel history - not significant though - just about One Week Trips on 3 - 4 Work related occasions, in 2006 and 2007. Does this impact a significant delay in processing of my case?

embassy checks last 10 years records, so the older the case , the longer it may take depending on countries visited, not all are equipped with advanced system like how developed countries has

so wait pl . i will throw some light once I know more, I plan to talk to some lawyers here who are good in this knowledge..
