I did my med on 1st April and got MR line on 14th...DD cashed 26th...now waiting for DM

It is not necessary that this Medical Received line should appear in your e-CAS. In my case, after 6 months of medical, the only line appearing in e-CAS is 'Your application started processing ...' So, don't worry.

Still waiting for PPR as mentioned in my timeline. As per my observation, NDVO requests for passport during medical request and LVO requests for passport after a few months from doing medicals. Many applicants like me who did medicals in Oct 2012 are still waiting for PPR where as people with similar timelines, who did medicals in Feb / March 2013 are getting PPR and being issued visa from LVO. I don't understand the logic by which they operate!!!

I DID MY MEDS ON 5 MARCH 2013 , NO MED RECEIVED LINE BUT TODAY MY DMO CALLED AND TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO DO SPUTUM TEST NOW AND X-RAY IN JUNE. I HAVE NOT GOT ANY INSTRUCTION FROM NDVO. ANYONE HAS ANY IDEA WHETHER IT IS NORMAL???

I received my medical in January 2013 and completed my medical in February but they have not sent the medical request for my family inspite sending them a letter that they will accompany me together with the complete documents in March 2013. Last week we received a mail from LVO asking for the medicals of my family when in fact they have not sent it still. I think there was a confusion from their side (LVO)... I already sent my reply but no answer from them still. I hope there will not be a problem. But its taking a long time ..
