today i recieved my passports with aletter stating that
1.Kindly obtain fresh passoprts for yourself as the bio page of your current passport is damaged(ye mere saath hi hona tha?bhejne ke time to mera passport bilkul thik tha)
2.Kindly obtain fresh passoprts for your daughter with her recent photograph.(That thing i was expected)
on reciept of fresh passports,kindly return this form with the requested documents within 30 days.

we will make a decision on your application on the basis of the documents you provide at the time of your submission.

Applicants must provide compolete and truthful information and documents when applying for entry into canada.we veryfy information and documents submitted in support of an application.Your application will be refused if you misrepresent ,provide false or misleading information and documents,or withhold material facts.Further you will not be allowed to vist or travel to Canada for a period of at least two years under the Immigration and Refugee act.
i just want to know is that standared formate? (all those forume members who got fresh passport request for their wards can tell me)

I also renewed my daughter's passport due the same reason old photo. I went to passport office after applying for reissue of passport online through http://passportindia.gov.in under tatkaal scheme but at passport office they changed my application from tatkaal to normal as my daughter's passport has more than 2 year validity left and also in case of change of appearance they told me to apply under normal. I got my daughter's passport back in 8 days (as per the Chandigarh passport office) and its got printed on same day when I applied. If you know someone at passport office you can expedite the process and may get passport in 3-4 days also.

For your own passport if there is no change in your details you can apply your passport under tatkaal in which you will get your passport in 3 days time with Post police verification.

Dear all,

I have done B.Sc from Panjab University, Chandigarh and I want to get my credentials Evaluated as per the Canadian education standards.

Has anyone got it done from PU, Chandigarh and how much time they need for filling the following form and putting their sign and seal?

Can it be done locally without WES and how much is the cost of evaluation?

Do I need to get all the mark sheets evaluated or just the Degree?

very depressed ..... got my medical request on 8/11/2012 .... medical done around Nov end.... PP sent on 12/12/2012 ...... DD encashed on 12/27/2012 ...
got a request for POF on 23/1/2013 ....... submitted bank certificates on 31/1/2013 ..........
no news after that ....checking my status daily ......

people submitted documents after me has already got maple leaf .......... I know POF request has delayed my chance but somehow this feeling comes back .....
trying to be positive and this feeling sometimes overcomes me :'(

Happy to see that process is on roll and people are getting their PP back but god when my day will come
