I sent the package on 30th November, 2012, it was received on 1st December. Did my medicals on 20th November, 2012.

I HAVE COMPLETED MEDICAL YESTERDAY AND TODAY I HAVE GIVEN ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS LIKE UPDATED FORMS,PCC,RPRF,MEDICAL RECEIPT ETC. TO MY AGENT. HPOEFULLY HE WILL COURIERED ALL THE DOCUMENTS BY NEXT.

I HAVE ONE QUESTION..

MY AGENT HAS NOT TAKEN MY ORIGINAL PASSPORT AND HE TOLD ME WE ARE NOT AUTHORISE TO TAKE ORIGINAL PASSPORTS. YOU WILL COURIER YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORTS TO NEW DELHI AND WE WILL SEND OTHER DOCUMENTS BUT IN MEDICAL LETTER THEY HAVE MENTIONED THAT YOU HAVE TO SEND ALL DOCUMENTS INCULDING YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT IN SINGLE COVER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?? IS MY AGENT RIGHT???

PLEASE GUIDE ME SO I DON'T GET PANIC.

@lovetocanada,
I think, u should get ensured in writing from ur consultant that he has sent the docs/papers through a reputed courier alongwith its consignement number which can be tracked by u also.
Then, simultaneously u may also send UR PPT with a cover letter giving ref of ur Consultant nd the consignment note under which ur required docs were separately sent, if possible annexing copy thereof.
Others may please post their opinons,as well.Thanx.

My timeline is as follows:

We received your application for permanent residence on March 31, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 3, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on June 8, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on March 26, 2012.

MR and PP request received on November 8, 2012.

Medicals done on November 20, 2012.

Package with RPRF, PP and other docs sent on November 30, 2012.

CHC received it on December 1, 2012.

No status update on ecas till now.

RPRF DD en-cashed on December 12, 2012.

Hello Friends,

I am in great confusion and dilemma. The following is the exact copy of email I received from NDVO. My confusion is that I am the principal applicant and I am Male. The letter they addressed is Ms. XXX. I have three daughters in my application. That means one of my daughters is required to take the additional medical test, because the family name mentioned is mine. They have not mentioned clearly which of my daughters has to take the test. I have written them a detailed email asking them to please specify which of the daughters in my application has to take the additional test. Its been a week and no reply from NDVO. I also went to PP(Panel Physician) where I did my medicals, but he is saying that unless it is specified which daughter has to take the additional test, he can't refer me to a chest specialist. What to do now? Shall I go and get the additional tests done for the entire family.

you need to send entire documents along with pps in single package but usually agent dont send it(pps). so just get all documents from agent and send it along with pps in single package through blue dart or any similar company by yourself.
