For those who say enquiry dont happen after MR,PPR,RPRF its wrong I got enquiry call few days ago.

cic called my past employer hopefully to enquire about me but the concerned person was unavailable. They said we will call back tomorrow, Its been 3 days my past employer has not received any call as yet.

Does this mean my application is kept aside for later enquiry, what would be the next step. I am very scared about it dont wanna delay applicant further.

If they have called your past employer just to check whether Experience letter is junuine.

If they want to check about your JD then its call to your present employer.

actually samreen it is all upon the strength of the docs you forwarded.
supporting papers matters alot.
otherwise please tell something about your previous employer

I received an email from NDVO today asking for additional medical tests. They requested to consult Chest Specialist and mentioned Report must include history of TB treatment and drug schedule used.

My concern here is that no one in my family ever diagnosed for TB and no treatment done before. Moreover, they are not clear which family member has to undergo this additional tests. They just wrote the family name in the heading and in subject line with File Number and my full name. They asked me to take a print out of the email to the panel physician but they are asking to consult chest specialist. Panel physician is General Physician and not chest specialist. I am confused.

They gave 90 days to get these additional exams done.

Can anyone advise me on this please.

Its mean who send their medicals their files is not in storage area, their files on the desk of VO so frnds keep ur finger cross for stamping on passport in Jan

If i am not mistaken you have an AEO and ur FSW 2

There have been growing number of cases of Fabricated documentation or Paid Employment offers

CHC Looks at AEO with great Caution before and after MR,

There is a Difference in processing of FSW1 and FSW 2


Secondly who says the CHC does not call after MR, They have full authority even to cancel Visa if suspicion arises

Files keep shuttling from section to section

If some one is unavailable they ask when the applicant or concerned person is available , they give sufficient opportunity before assuming any thing

Also depends on how the IO Perceives the whole calling Process.

At present, after MI3 applications, NDVO appears to be concentrating on MI2 apps. I feel, MI2 applications would be the priority this month. MI1 would be taken up from the next month.
