Alhamdulilla, after submitting my updated documents on 11 Nov (CHC-Lon), I received my MR on 4 Dec by e-m. InshAllah, hopefully all of you will receive MRs soon too. I have less than 6 months passport validity. Do I need to renew my passport before going to medical centre or the medical centre accept passports of less than 6 months validity - please enrich my knowledge from your expert opinions or more preferably from your personal experiences.

Wish you all the best for success.

I got this reply on 29 Nov for Case specific enquuiry send on 18 Sep

We acknowledge that our office has received your original passport(s) for this application.

Due to the high volume of correspondence received by this office, it generally takes several days following receipt to process passports and place them on file. The file is then directed to the attention of a processing team for a review to take place to ensure all requirements have been met for the application to move to the next steps in processing.

This file is currently pending review by the responsible processing team and a decision by the officer. As soon as that review has taken place, our office will contact the applicants if any further documentation or information is required.

Please note that all statutory requirements must be met before we can issue visas. We therefore cannot provide you with a precise date by which this application will be finalized and the passports returned. Your continued patience is appreciated. Rest assured that we give the highest processing priority to cases which are ready for visa issuance for which passports have been submitted. Until we contact the applicant or authorized representative, either to request additional documents or information or to return the passports, we will not be able to respond to further enquiries.

Dear Friends,
I have just received my latest caips file and looking at it nothing is changed since last time.
My B'FD date last time was 11 Nov 2012 and this time i was expecting another B'FD date but its still same.....

MI 1 CASE
FILE PA'ED AS PER INSTRUCTIONS (Maybe NDVO has some instructions regarding MI 1 cases)

My CRIM IS PASSED BUT SECURITY IS STILL PENDING.....for my 2 yr old both says 2, I think which means cleared.

So only progress they have done since last month is they added 2 under my child Security.

I think they r still doing sec checks....

Lets pray and hope... we will hear something in Jan2013....

Good luck to everybody......jay.. :)

I received an email from NDVO today asking for additional medical tests. They requested to consult Chest Specialist and mentioned Report must include history of TB treatment and drug schedule used.

My concern here is that no one in my family ever diagnosed for TB and no treatment done before. Moreover, they are not clear which family member has to undergo this additional tests. They just wrote the family name in the heading and in subject line with File Number and my full name. They asked me to take a print out of the email to the panel physician but they are asking to consult chest specialist. Panel physician is General Physician and not chest specialist. I am confused.

They gave 90 days to get these additional exams done.

Can anyone advise me on this please.

I would advise to check with the panel physician first to which specialist you are supposed to get this check out.

Hi Dreaming_yyz,

For the first time when you did your medicals at the DMP, and as an acknowledgement they must have given you a copy of the first page of the medicals confirmation.

What was the option checked on the first sheet (A / B / C / D)?

Cheers,
J

For those who say enquiry dont happen after MR,PPR,RPRF its wrong I got enquiry call few days ago.

cic called my past employer hopefully to enquire about me but the concerned person was unavailable. They said we will call back tomorrow, Its been 3 days my past employer has not received any call as yet.

Does this mean my application is kept aside for later enquiry, what would be the next step. I am very scared about it dont wanna delay applicant further.
