Congratulations, Raj Chandigarh.
It is apparent that NDVO has started issuing VISA's again.
That's wonderful news for all of us. :D

congrats Raj....

Ind2Ca, please be informed that both Destination and Raj doesn't belong to MI-1 category. Issuing visas for non MI-1 category has been happening all along. I haven't heard of any MI-1 receiving visa / passports yet.

Yeah, I know that. But in the last month, frequency of VISA's was less even for non-MI-1 category people.

I smell visas as well :P

The frequency definitely seems to have increased. Besides how many months will they hold on to our passports. They're soon gonna run out of storage space & will give us our stamped passports back. ;D

I think we should not quote such depressing 'Not so strong' source info here. Please don't mind, but having an optimistic attitude helps.
I strongly support Wheronica's view. NDVO can not just keep our passports on hold for long. ;D
