Hi
Brother thanks for the well wishes
I have also submitted my meds on 21st July to Delhi CHC
From this forum I came to know about CIIP
Whether you have also applied for it?
What's the time line to get the magic stamp?
Deepak.

There is no timeline for magic stamp. That's why its called magic stamp. Wait and see when this magic happens in your case.

Yes M1, Its true that NDVO treat every case differently even if its NOC code is same as ours. I was called for an interview also but my friend got direct medical letter. I am still waiting for "medical received" line to appear.

He got visa in almost 2 months and 8 days after submitting medical, PP, RPRF fee etc. I submitted my medical and other docs on 7th July let see how much my case will take.
Does your friend's Ecas updated with medical recevied line?

Dear Arru

Please provide updated table.

could u enlighten me on what is M12 and M13 ?? Please

I mean you must applied after 26 June 2010 i.e Ministerial instruction 1, or ministerial instruction 2.

Can you share your time line please??

Immigration Minister Jason Kenney has stated that “the new Skilled Worker program will be limited to applicants in NOCs O, A, and B, but won’t be limited to particular occupations.”

While the Minister has said that there won’t be a limitation on particular occupations, it is expected that there will be an overall cap or limit to the number of applications that will be accepted for assessment by CIC.

Kenny has said that under the new policy no particular occupations would be outlined for eligibility under FSW class. Above statement makes it clear that most probably they would not delay the processing of files of applicants under 4131 or other such NOC codes because these NOCs were removed from MI2 and MI3.

Ok..thanks for the info.
I submitted my application on oct 2010. Luckily didn't get any interview call. Got the medical call on 26th july 2012. Completed it and sent all the documents along with the passport on 7th August.

A friend of mine who submitted the application 2 months after i did, had an interview call first on feb 2012, and later medical...by march and got the visa stamped by april. He has landed at Toronto, Ontario.
A pretty complicated stuff this process is...No first In and First Out process. Basically its sucks!! ( sorry!! :)) Had to say so!!!

couple of questions for guys who have undergone medical test,
1. do we have to go empty stomach?
2. do they measure fasting or random sugar level? (do they take our blood samples more than once?)

ur experience/info on this would help..
1. You don't have to go empty stomach.
2. They take your blood samples only once.

All I believe is in the line drawn on the head!!! All will set at its own proper time. Cant change that....but if the system was more stable..it would be nice. What to say...we cant change that..
Anyway wishing you the very best!!

How much longer are they gonna take? how much more disorganised can this place be? Are they allowed to hold our passports for such long periods?

*sighs* really sick of this. So much for immigration in 14-16 months. Already been 3 years & counting >:(
