I took the admission msc IT 2nd yaer (lateral entry) on base of PGDCA one year diploma. And send the provisional marksheet on feb 2012 which is counted in point.

2) What is difference between security and criminality
3) What is HIRV

Need advice on one issue:

If a person has resided in 2 or more differenct states within India for more than 6 months at a stretch, do we need to submit the police clearance certificate for all the states or the police clearance certificate from the current state of residence would suffice?

Kindly help out on this

Country remains the same, i.e. India. The states are different. Earlier I was in Andhra, now in Punjab

As far as i know you need just one P.C.C. for every country that you've resided in. Not individual ones for each state.

That is correct. You only need PCC for every country you resided more than 6 months. I don't recollect reading anywhere for every state. Hope this helps.
