Dear Friends,
I desperately need help from experienced fellows regarding my Pass port Request mail. I received the mail yesterday after I made a CSE about my status of Passport Request 4 days back. They replied me with the Passport request mail using the same subject title which I wrote but from the mail address spore.immigration@international.gc.ca. But earlier I received my Medical request from the mail address SPOREIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca. Is it ok of these two mail address?

Secondly In my passport request mail they asked to fill up a Appendix A form and send it with my passport. They told that the form is attached to the mail but I didn’t get any form with the mail. In this case what I should do?

Good day. Long time I not visit to forum and prepare to born baby. Now my wife already deliver my daughter. Last time I already submitted all the require documents such as police certificate from Singapore, all medical including X-RAY result for me and all medical excluding X-RAY result for my wife due to pregnant at that time. As now my wife already deliver baby and now need to do X-RAY. My question here is

1) Should we do all full medical check up for both of us or ONLY X-RAY need to do for my wife? which is better? We already submitted all medical except my wife X-RAY on November, 2014.

2) The Visa validity 1 year is start from Medical date OR start from the date of visa issue? I saw one of my friend visa is validity for 1 year from the date of visa issue (not medical date). How about the date in your visa? Please let me know.

So I worry that it is about 7 months. But the clinic say we cant any how do our medical as they need NEW IME number in order to do this. So they say ONLY go and do my wife X-RAY. Please advice me.

My wife X-RAY will submite on 27-May-2015. After that we should except to received NEW form to fill up for NEW BORN my baby girl or any other things? How long it will take?Thanks in advance.
