Today I got my Medical request, RPRF & Passport request from 2 different mail id
Medical (Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca)
RPRF & Passport request (SPOREIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca)

I am 12 May applicant and my NOC is 2171

My wife’s and Mine passport will expire on 15-August-2015 our visa office is Singapore and we are from Bangladesh.

Now the question is should we renew our passport or proceed with current ones??????

Medical (Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca)
RPRF & Passport request (SPOREIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca)

Congratulations Brother.....

My suggestion is to renew the PP then submit it to SGVO....Attach a cover letter that u got updated PP....

This is acceptable..... U can order for urgent PP (this may take a week only)..U ill get a new PP.

Otherwise, u will have more hassle to get updated PP after entering on CA...

That was too fast that u got ur PP...

I have also received the medical request and RPRF Payment request on 30 Oct. My concern is that have you received any formal letter and/or invoice related with RPRF Payment as attachments in RPRF request email.

I am asking this because i didn't get anything like these. And last day I went to Dhanmondi SCB branch to issue the bank draft against RPRF and the bank personnel told me to show him these letters. And as per rule, without those letters he can't issue the bank draft.

Please let me know about this.

I'm planning to submit PP (4xPP+02 Photo each+Filled Annex A) to Canada Visa Application Centre (VFS), Can anybody inform me the procedure to submit.

Take a printout of your RPRF request email sent by SGVO along with your Medical Request letter, Generic Form copy, Original passport, Nikahnama (if u r married)

Thanks for the reply. Actually I took the email print copy and other docs, but they refused me. It seems that I have to visit other branch.

In the same email from SGVO, they also requested to send 4 passport photos for each family member. Can you please let me know the specification (mainly the frame size and head size) of these required photos?

I got the same format of RPRF without my name and application no. My concern is if I change my passport how it will affect my application processing. Is there any one facing same problem ?

u can change ur passport at this stage. but after issuing visa u cannt change it til ur landing.

I have not done my DD for RPRF yet. The letter issued to me is also without my name. I will try from SCB Gulshan 1 Branch toget the job done [As many seniors suggested]. Let's hope for the best. Inshallah it will not be a problem.

Dear ashif_eee and seniors,

Good day. I have some doubts as per below.

1) after we done medical (my wife chest X-Ray not yet done), when we submit additional documents to Singapore Visa Office, I didn't put medical receipts for me(everything done) and my wife(only left chest x-Ray), is this should be no problem? Because clinic say they will submit medical for me from e-submission.

2) For RPRF, I make Cashier Order's and payable to high commission of Canada, Singapore and behind I write my name and application number. But is there any official request form for RPRF like medical form showing IME number?

3) after submit all additional documents to High commission of Canada, how can I make sure that all documents are well received by Visa office because I only can track from register mail (received by reception), as my case is special due to my wife pregnant (cannot take chest x-Ray, CIC will hold my application until x-Ray is clear). Should I order GCMS after around 1 month later?
