Today i have collected my passport with visa along with pass of my spouse and kids.Date of visa issue on 19.9.14.So my time of waiting comes to an end after almost three years science i send my application to CIC.I wish every member of this forum to get there visa in the shortest time possible.

SGVO didn't ask me any other documents to update or to show personal net worth statement.

They only told me to update the from IMM5669.

Dear Immigrant_Mamum,

FYI, in the email, for these forms (IMM5406E, IMM0008ENU_2D, and IMM5669E), CIC gave me the links ONLY. So I need to download and fill up.

May be there are two reasons, when I fill up the form IMM0008_2D and IMM5406E last time, I never fill up FAMILY NAME or SURNAME. I just fill up NA in this place. i fill up my full name into the GIVEN NAME place.

Now I received the documents for the medical request is Family name or Surname is my last name and Given name is My first name and Second name. May be this is the reason.

So i think they want me to update the forms. Now I already fill up my last name into the place for Family name or surname and for Given name place is for my first and second name.

Second reason is when i changed me and my wife new passports, I sent email to CIC Singapore around 2013. Meaning is our passport number when we applied and now is different. May be this is one of the reason.

For the Personal Net Worth Statement with evidence, I am not sure why they want me to update (Last time I submitted my bank account from Singapore to them already).

Just one questions, do you have any news information for CIC to fill up in IMM5669? If yes, do you only submit new information or need to submit old documents also? please let me know. Thanks.

"IMM 5669 Schedule A Background / Declaration form, completed with up-to-date
information by you, your spouse/common-law partner, and each of your dependent
children who is 18 years of age or older. Fill the form on the CIC Web site then print it:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5669E.pdf
You must provide complete details of your personal history and addresses since the age
of 18 (FROM 1992 TO PRESENT). Your spouse must provide details of her personal
history and addresses from 2001 to Present. Do not leave any gaps. Failure to account
for all time periods will delay the processing of your application."

So i have downloaded the new form from the above link and filled up like the old one.
I saw that the new form have some variations compared with the old one.
I will only send the newly filled up IMM 5669 from to SGVO as they are asking the new one.

For myself, I need to update some information such as new passport number for both of us, new educational certificate for my self, etc... I think i will submit update documents ONLY to CIO Singapore (hope should be enough, as CIO Singapore already have my old documents). Good idea? how about you?

How would you like to pay RPRF? Bank Draft?
