Dear all,
I was in Middle east (one GCC country) for few years in 3-4 years back. I have been asked by SVO to submit PCC.

just 12-13 days before leaving of the GCC country (in 2010) I collected a PCC from the respective country. Since it's possible to collect the fresh one but 3-4 months time is required and little bit difficult to get the full cooperation with information from the respective embassy in Dhaka.

So i'm planning to use the old one which I brought while leaving that country along with Fresh one from Dhaka metropolitan Police.


So my query is, how I can use this ( OLD PCC which I brought while leaving the GCC country) with suitable explanation. If any one have same experience, please suggest and others also can help with providing a proper explanation in this case.

I would appreciate for any suggestion/way of explanation for above mentioned case.

Dear Uttara11,

You should apply for the current copy of PCC of the Gulf country where you have stayed immediately and use all means available to expedite it.

In the meantime, you can send the old PCC and recent Bangladesh PCC to your visa office with a covering letter saying that it takes minimum 3/4 months to process the PCC of the Gulf country from Bangladesh and you will send the recent PCC as soon as you receive it.

I have a same case. I was in UK for five years. I didn't include UK PCC with my application as it was not in my hand. Now I got it and I asked CIC through CSE regarding it . I asked them shall I send it now or when they request? They replied me to wait for their request. And I also consulted with an angecy expert about the validity of the UK PCC. He said me that this will do. I don't need to get any more PCC from UK. Still I am not sure.....
