AOR or PER means wen u receive an email from cic about ur eligibility.and second aor means an email or letter from embassy that they receive ur documents from cic canada.

CHC VO has recently been working on MI-1 applicants; they have issued MR to some MI-2 applicants ; the preferred NOC applicants. MI-2 and MI-3 applicants will get their's probably after 6-12 months from now
