Yes I got my point calculation(69),there was BFD date march 2012 but till now I m RBVO

can someone advise me on this. My husband submitted his apssport on April 10th dhaka high commision. In ECAS shows decision made and MPs office in toronto got confirmation passport send to bangladesh. Now we realised visa office is closed and not sure whre passport is send to emaield singapore no reply. Did anyoen recently got passport backa fter visa office was clsoed if so what was the process.
please please help us we arein panic mode

I got my AOR after 80 days.. few applicant got within 60 days...
varies time to time, person to person...
