PER: POSITIVE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW must sent it from CIC by mail after eligibility reviewed.
AOR: acknowledgement of receipt usually sent it by VO after they ackwnowledge the application.

Please look into the database & compare.....Thanks

a. 1 Got visa & landed to Ca
b. 2 got MR
c. 2 Started process ( 1 is confirmed medical queue by CSE)
d. 7 received AOR and
e. Rest of 5 nothing but PER

What i feel is that nothing will happen for singaporian till next year...no mews for any MI1 MI 2 or MI3 from singapore..those people who submitted their passports they didnt get it back even after 4 months...dont know wats going on... ..

I think SGVO will stample on PP by September whose MR sent already. And from early October they will issue new MR either MI1, MI2 or MI3 or both.

At present I am in Singapore and today morning i have received my Dream "CANADA VISA" in my passport.
