IELTS

I have received my documents back from Quebec :(. They informed there is certain documents missing. (Probably original diploma of my DELF test which I have received now) . I am planning to send the documents again. However, IELTS general test results are now more than 2 years. But i have done Academic test recently and I have the test results more than 6.5 score. Will they accept academic IELTS as valid document for English Language test results.

Secondly , I am working in Dubai and they request for a proof of document to certify legality of work experience. They request for Social Security payments or Income Tax payemnts. however both are not applicable here as foreign workers pay neither pay Tax nor Social security.

Thirdly , They have informed that resident permit should be valid for at least one year. However , my resident permit will expire in 5 months time and will be renew when it is closer to expire. Will they accept my application kit if resident permit is not valid for one year as stated by them.

kindly advice any expert in canadian immigration system.

1. i dont know about quebec but for federal skilled worker other than quebec they are accepting only general mode of IELTS not academic..
2. for social security and income tax issue you can write a cover letter explaining that it is not required in Dubai..
3. for resident permit no issues.they required only that you have valid permit of any country for atleast one year..they are not bothering about the expiry date..

No - they won't accept IELTS academic. You need to take IELTS general again.
