and I send complete document package on January 24, 2011.

My application was reviewed and CHC started processing on May 18,2012.

The results of your initial medical examinations did not establish that you meet the medical admissibility criteria of Canada's Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). Further medical information is required before a decision can be reached.

We require the following additional medical examination(s):

· Lordotic Chest X-ray now

· Consult Chest Specialist-Report must include history of TB treatment and drug used

Take this letter to Panel Physician (PP) Dr. Shobha Kansal Kothi No. 4. Phase-2 Sector 54, Nr. Bassi Theatre, SAS Nagar Chandigarh (0172) 2225124/ for the medical assessment(s) to be arranged.
