I reckon,u have already undergone medicals nd complied instructions given in the MR letter.VO has demanded fresh PPTS of ur child nd of or own.

Yes. It is better if you get it renewed before getting MR. It will save your time. If you don't do that, NDVO will ask you to do the same.

yes,mehuclaji has very correctly suggested.Any updation which has direct impact on individual's application should be addressed on priority basis.In ur case, fesh PPT of the child shall be invariably called for.Therefore,pre-emptive measure should be initiated,well in time.

pls consider mehulca& prahar's suggestions...........i think ndvo will definitely ask fresh pp for ur daughter.bcos ur daughter's appearance will entirely vary from old one. better get it before they ask.
i had a personal experience on this issue.
