if i am correct, the final decision comes when passport is stamped, but many of us are waiting for medicals.

Today the lucky birds are MI-2 and MI-3. Those e-cas status changed into DM has received passports today. Lets hope that by next week pace of NDVO will be clear

NDVO has restarted issuing MR on MI-1 category again.

Hope its positive sign as they are simultaneously giving visa and MR
