Hi friend,

Why do you want to demotivate applicants who are waiting for the past 3 years?

if the court rules in favour of litigants and rules the 87.3 as illegal and asks CIC to process the applications of Pr Feb 2008 as a priority then , further delay for MI1.
For this reason, I am closely following it !

Dear friend i expect DM and passport back of all Medical received cases withing a month and maximum by the end of
February 2013 as CHC is busy with stamping visas only. In your case i feel maximum time is end of this month

Our bell will ring soon.But our time line are almost similar and I hope that we may receive updates together or there wont be much difference intervals. Hopefully.

It is motivating that CHC has started processing applications MI-1>MI-2>MI-3 simultaneously even though the pace is less in MI-1. But as on date we are receiving good news in MI-1 category.

As I mentioned earlier there were hundreds of visas disbursed in India by NDVO and out of this few will be reflecting in our forum.

Lets hope 4 for the best

how this is possible?
if i am correct, the final decision comes when passport is stamped, but many of us are waiting for medicals.
