I receive pre arrival services today. Not sure what that means ?

Definitely good. My wife was in Canada almost two months exactly after pre arrival services email. Congrats!

I got an update on Gckey yesterday, it says "letter accompanying visa". Can't access it, directs me to a not working link. Can't open the file and it's killing me. Does anyone know what it means?

I know a few people had this issue. It worked on a different device. Did you try opening it somewhere else?

Yeah, on my phone and husband's computer. Don't know if we wait a couple days more it will fix itself or.. What did they do?

It didn't work for me on my phone. I tried my computer and it worked. I use chrome on my computer and explorer on my phone so maybe try Google Chrome to open? I would just try other devices as well.

Is the letter that says your visa have been affixed in your passport and that your COPR is gonna be sent too. Which is pretty much the end of the process.


then when you land in Canada you will get this in ECAS
