Hi, this has happened before to other people i remember, its an error from them. Just send them your biometric number and application number applicant name uding webform and if possible attach a snapshot of the gckey . Tell them you already done it last year.

They will relook at your file and will move on to the next step. Thats good news for you guys. Good luck

We have done that three times, When we did the medical we also re did the bio-metrics. I have paid for it 3 times now. I have emailed them with proofs yet we received instructions once again to do the Bio Metrics and the VAC is closed.

How do you know if pre arrival and eligibility are passed? You got your notes report?

yeah sounds suspicious for me too... that they have been able to have that sooo sooner

Sharing with everyone after 6 months and reaching 14 months into this process I received my CSQ today (I’m Quebec PA) in the mail well my husband did just getting hopefully close to the end.

Im so happy for you. Could you tell me the date that they received your application for the CSQ?
They received our application on November 4th but we never received AOR.
My husband have called them several times and They always have said that everything is OK and that they are sending him the AOR but He has not received it. So, the only date we have is when the application was received.
We are waiting the CSQ in some days, hopefully.

Well another day has gone by and still no response from MVO. It's been 14 months since our application with medicals expired. I have sent web forms, inquiries through MP twice, emailed the Minister of Immigration and sent a complaint through the proper channels and it has done nothing. We continue to wait......

I want this thing to be done and over with. It is ridiculous, but I still have not received any response regarding the previous inquiry about the bio metrics taken in June. I sent records of everything receipt and all and no reply other than the email requesting payment, and an email to schedule Bio-metrics again.

i know you want this to be done but you giving them excuses for their stupidity... it's not better... that's encouraging them to do mistakes.

I want this to be done too but never will i pay twice the same fees for their mistake

Finallly my friend delivered today my husband already scan it to Mexico same! After my husband talk with manager and complaint seems it move approved may 8 now let the waiting in Mexico begin
