The time of responses from foreign countries, i could give them, but there's limits, itt's def NOT a global excuse for all this. And i would that Idf our app is not really started on final phase after a year and still on wait.. we DEF have a problem houston!
I don't know about the other countries but the check of the criminal records of Venezuela is very simple, you just enter a web page and put a number assigned to the person, that's how easy the verification is done.

I ordered my notes on Dec 26th 2019 after my application reached the year mark, received them on January 24th dated 23rd Jan and have not even started the bgc and there is no indication that an interview is needed. So I m 99% sure that Mexico has not even opened my application.

you didnt see any of those marks as Passed in the notes ??

Nothing's started :(

Wow ! what's that ?!?? Have you reached IRCC call center by phone ? i would ask to speak to a supervisor to know what's going on. Your case is def not normal ! if you don't see this after 14 months , sorry but no. Seems like your app in on Security Screening.... which could be from 9 to 18 months , rare cases pass there before the real process.

When we call they say they can't give us information because the application is in Mexico. We already went to the MP office this last time and they said they were going to send an email to the Minister so that he could request information from Mexico, I really don't have any hope for that. My medical expire next month I'm going to travel again to do exams they won't even check the application. I'm tired of this process, it seems so unfair and badly organized.

it's what i was telling in a previous post.. they make the ones they want entering fast and the rest.... wait a long way. The theory of waiting on 2 years of marriage is really looking alike...

At the pace of the moment she won't enter before May.. maybe June... it's getting close to those 2 years .
We'll be at that 2 years in September 2020... and the clock ticks.

Completely disappointed with this government and how they run the embassies.

i am too trust me.. that's why i intend to write a really long letter on HOW i have lived this process. Misleading and lack of communication. Even as Representative which basically gives you nothing more...

We are at 16 months in the process - waiting for an interview in Trinidad - and 2 years married on February 7th. I sent an email last week to them saying "OK, now we are two years married and well over a year in the process, let's get on with it" (in different words). I'll let you all know if something happens, but so far we have been waiting 4 months just to get a date for the interview.
