Is there any indication on why it's taking so long? Did they ask for more documentation or anything like that?

Did your spouse already do the medical exams, I called to get a quote but they didn't want to give anything over the phone

About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete.

Im sure you file is not complex,


Mine is 15 days to the 1 year, its the most easy file

Write to the visa office to ask them what is going on? You reach the 1 year mark

From what I saw from the notes I request, they almost never touch to the files

I got notes it says we are in queue for interview. Nothing to do with our relationship. They said genuine no questions. They want to ask why dependents were examined and assessed and not accompanying??? Lol it says in paperwork that he is to come and get settled and then bring them if that is what they want. I’m so fed up!!!!!

On my online account status there is that note:
If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this Web form. Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to.”
I tried that «Web Form» link but it doesn't work. Anyone else with the same problem ?

Oh no, this thread makes me very concerned, I’m sponsoring my husband from the Dominican Republic, he did he medical last week. I was hoping things would keep moving quickly but now I’m worried.

Forget about the word quickly with Mexico Visa Office

That is the most ridiculous reason for an interview ever !!!! Do you know how many people do not bring dependants right away or ever ??? I’m so sorry you are going through this and I pray it’s all over soon for you .
